ORDER A NEW PART

Dropped your headphones? It happens. Ear cushions a little worn? No stress. Simply log in to your account and order a replacement part. If you have a subscription or free repairs forever the spare parts are free.

YOU’LL GET IT THE NEXT DAY

Your new part will arrive the following working day. That’s usually less than a 24-hour wait.

REPLACE THE DAMAGED PART

Switch out the damaged part for the new one. Our headphones are made to be easily disassembled (it’s actually quite fun) but if you need help, just get in touch.

SEND IT BACK TO US

You’ll find a prepaid envelope along with the new part, so you can send the damaged part back to us free of charge.

OLD PART, MEET YOUR NEW HOME

The damaged part is checked to see if it can be lovingly repaired and reused in a new pair of headphones. If not, the materials are recycled.

All models come with a free 30-day trial period. If you change your mind, just send them back to us. Oh, and if you subscribe, you can cancel at any time.

With a monthly subscription, you have the flexibility to change or return your headphones whenever you want. You only pay for as long as you use them. Plus free repairs for as long as your subscription is active!

When you buy headphones, you have several options. You can subscribe to Unlimited Repairs per year, or you can buy Unlimited Repairs Forever in one go. You can also just buy the headphones without the Unlimited Repairs.

Too good to be true? Yet the answer is really; yes. As a Gerrard Street user you can always order parts. And we pay the shipping costs, also for the return. We do ask you to return the broken parts to us, so you can't secretly collect a second set of headphones 🙂 .

Switching to a different model is certainly possible in a subscription. This is also one of the advantages of a subscription. If you have bought headphones, this is not possible.

It is always a question of finding out exactly what is wrong with your headphones - it would be a shame to order the wrong part! Change your sound boxes on your pillow and make sure the cables are in place (click them in properly). Does another cable not recharge the battery? Does it turn on or not?
