What a shame that you want to cancel your subscription! Are you dissatisfied with the headphones or the service? Or do you have any suggestions for improvement? Let us know via e-mail or 06 36 444 658.  We are always at your service; we may be able to find a solution for you.

Do you really want to cancel? Send the headphones back to us using the instructions below. Your subscription will be cancelled as soon as it arrives. We will then make sure that your headphones are not lost. The parts will be recycled, repaired or reused to make new headphones!

Follow the steps carefully for proper settlement!


1. Please ensure that the headphones are complete, including the accompanying cables. We charge €12.50 per missing cable.

Print the form and stick it on the box, if you do not have a printer you can also write the data on the box.

3. Send the headphones back disassembled. We advise you to send it back in the original box. That way you can send it as a letterbox package, which is cheaper.

4. Take a photo or screenshot of the shipping receipt! Send us the proof of delivery via chat, app or mail with your name.

Please note that if the parcel does not reach us and we have not received a dispatch note from you, you will have to pay the excess. We will not be able to verify that you have sent the parcel.
