Switch out the damaged part for the new one. Our headphones are made to be easily disassembled (it’s actually quite fun) but if you need help, just get in touch.

SEND IT BACK TO US​

You’ll find a prepaid envelope along with the new part, so you can send the damaged part back to us free of charge.

OLD PART, MEET YOUR NEW HOME​

The damaged part is checked to see if it can be lovingly repaired and reused in a new pair of headphones. If not, the materials are recycled.

Too good to be true? Yet the answer is really; yes. As a Gerrard Street user you can always order parts for free. And we pay the shipping costs, also for the return. We do ask you to return the broken parts to us, so you can't secretly collect a second set of headphones 🙂 .

First of all, our headphones are designed to take a beating. If something does break, we don't have to replace the whole headphone, just the broken part. It can easily be taken apart. Moreover, we can repair many old parts and use them again!

Yes, you can test the headphones in the 30-day trial that you get when you buy them. With a one-month subscription, you can use the first month as a test month. With us, you are not tied to a contract. Do you like it? Then you can simply continue the subscription.

Do you find it difficult to choose and would you like to have all the functions at a glance?

Do you like flexibility? Then take out a monthly subscription. That way you have the freedom to choose what you want, and for how long. You pay for the service for the duration of the use of the headphones, and you return the headphones to us when you cancel. That way, we can continue our mission by fixing and reusing the parts.

Switching to a different model is certainly possible in a subscription. This is also one of the advantages of a subscription. If you have bought headphones, this is not possible.
